I offer a space where emotional healing and spiritual grounding can work together. Whether you are drawn to EMDR, biblical counseling, or a mix of both, my goal is to support you with care, clarity, and approaches that fit who you are.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR helps your brain process painful or overwhelming experiences so they stop controlling your reactions. If you feel stuck in old patterns, replay difficult memories, or carry tension that never seems to settle, EMDR can help. During sessions, you focus on a troubling memory while I guide you through gentle eye movements or tapping. This process reduces emotional intensity and helps you regain calm and confidence. You stay in control, and we move at a pace that feels safe.

Biblical Counseling
For clients who want faith to be part of their healing, biblical counseling offers guidance rooted in Scripture, wisdom, and spiritual reflection. We explore how your beliefs, values, and relationship with God can support your emotional and relational growth. This work is compassionate and practical. It is not about judgment or pressure. It is about finding steadiness, hope, and direction that align with your faith.

A personalized path that honors all parts of you
Some clients prefer EMDR. Some prefer biblical counseling. Many choose a blend of both. Your needs shape the process. We work together to create a therapy experience that respects your story, your pace, and your spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
